Vertical 03 — Production Support

A creative teamthat scales withyour business.

More reliable than a freelancer. More flexible than building in-house. This is the layer most agencies don't sell — people, process and quality control wrapped around your output.

Four panels of an embedded team at work — a video editor at a timeline, a designer building a brand system, an illustrator at a drawing tablet, and a thumbnail designer in Photoshop
The honest comparison

Three ways companies try to solve this. Here’s where each one breaks.

Not a straw-man pitch — these are real trade-offs, and for some teams the alternatives are the right answer. Here’s when they aren’t.

Freelancers

Cheap to start and easy to trial. Genuinely the right call for a one-off piece of work.

Where it breaks

  • One calendar, one holiday, one better-paying client
  • Quality drifts with no second reviewer
  • You become the project manager
  • Every new format means a new hire

Hiring in-house

Deep brand knowledge and full control. Worth it once volume is genuinely full-time.

Where it breaks

  • Expensive before the volume justifies it
  • One editor cannot cover video, motion and design
  • Hiring and ramp-up take months
  • Capacity is fixed when campaigns are not

A full-service agency

Strategy and production in one place, useful for a big campaign push.

Where it breaks

  • Priced for campaigns, not for weekly output
  • Your work queues behind larger accounts
  • Rarely available white-label
  • Slow to turn around small requests
What we run for you

The operating layer around your creative output.

Seven services that exist so you spend your time approving work instead of coordinating it.

01

Dedicated Creative Team

Named editors, designers and motion specialists assigned to your brand — not a ticket queue. They learn your references once.

02

Monthly Creative Retainers

A fixed monthly volume and delivery calendar, agreed in advance, so you can plan a content schedule against real capacity.

03

White-label Agency Support

We produce, you present. No branding, no client contact, no trace of us in the deliverables or the file names.

04

Content Repurposing

Every long-form recording systematically turned into the full derivative set, on schedule, without a separate brief each time.

05

Creative Quality Assurance

A second reviewer on every deliverable, checking spec, brand compliance, spelling and export settings before it reaches you.

06

Brand Asset Management

One organised library of approved logos, templates, footage, fonts and exports — so nobody rebuilds what already exists.

07

Creative Operations

The workflow itself: intake, naming conventions, review checkpoints, monthly planning and reporting on what shipped.

How you work with us

The operating model, in the open.

No mystery about who does what, or when you’ll hear from us.

01

Communication

One shared channel and one point of contact. No chasing individual editors.

02

Intake

A standing brief format, so requests arrive complete instead of in fragments.

03

Review

Feedback in one place, per deliverable, resolved in a single pass.

04

QA

A second reviewer signs off on spec and brand before anything is delivered.

05

Monthly planning

A short session each month to set the next slate and adjust capacity.

Content repurposing

One recording. A month’s worth of content.

Every long-form recording is turned into the full derivative set on a standing monthly schedule — no separate brief each time. Produce more without recording more.

Work with us your way.

Most clients start with a project and move to a monthly model once the workflow is proven.

  • Explainers, launch films and event edits
  • Scoped, quoted and delivered once

Questions we get asked first.

Capacity, contracts and confidentiality — the things that actually decide a retainer.

How quickly can a dedicated team ramp up?

Discovery and workflow setup take about a week. First deliverables usually land in week two. By month two the team is working from your templates and asset library rather than asking questions, which is where the speed gain shows up.

What happens if our volume spikes or drops?

Retainers are sized to a monthly volume band rather than a fixed asset count, so normal variation absorbs without renegotiation. For a genuine campaign spike we add temporary capacity from the wider bench, agreed in advance.

How does white-label actually work?

We work under your brand and never contact your client. Deliverables carry your naming conventions, files land in your systems, and we will sign an NDA covering the relationship. We do not list white-label clients as our own work.

What are the contract terms?

Monthly retainers run on a rolling basis after an initial three-month period — long enough for the workflow to be worth building, short enough that you are not locked into something that is not working. Project work is one-off with no ongoing commitment.

Who owns the assets and the workflow we build together?

You do. Templates, asset libraries, guidelines and source files are yours, and we hand them over on request or on exit. The workflow is documented so it is transferable, not a dependency.

What does this cost compared to hiring?

A retainer typically lands below the cost of one mid-level in-house hire while covering video, motion and design rather than one discipline. We scope against your actual volume and send a plan with the number in it — we do not quote before understanding the output.
